Position Overview & Specifications

Our General Dental Practice in Cupertino is seeking a full-time front office member with excellent phone and communication skills. We prefer a candidate that is familiar with dental terminology and has worked with Dentrix software.

We want a positive, friendly, reliable and responsible team member. Back office experience is a plus!

Duties include:

  • Greeting patients.
  • Friendly and courteous to patients.
  • Checking in and out patients.
  • Answering phones.
  • Handling of the schedule and manage all appointments.
  • Understanding of dental insurance and updating as needed
  • Checking office emails and responding to requests by specialists.
  • Collecting payments.
  • Treatment plans and presentations of treatment plans.
  • Be able to give insurance breakdown to patients.
  • Ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
